    We kindly request that you upload the most recent versions of Elementor and Elementor Pro once again, it is important, and proceed with a thorough check upon completion. Please inform us of the outcome at your convenience.

    Another solution can be re-uploading elementor.php file into xstore/framework/compatibility folder via FTP. The link to file is added to the Private Content area.

    If the problem persists please provide wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check, because the problem was solved on our test sites after re-uploading the plugins.

    Did you follow our previous recommendations (disable 3rd party plugins, check browser console)?

    How do you use XStore on the site without activating it before? If it was activated, why deactivate it? We need to understand the situation better.
    Please open the browser console and record a video of what is going on when you enter the purchase code.

    The mentioned error can be in a case when you used a pirate version of the theme before or in case one of the additional plugins causes a problem on your site.
