About the issue you’ve encountered, we kindly request that you revert to Elementor Version 3.17.0. Additionally, please ensure that the automatic updates for this plugin are disabled to prevent any further complications. This action is necessary due to a known issue with the latest version of Elementor.

I rolled back to 3.17.0. I decided to renew the design for the footer (static block). Everytime i changed something and pressed save, the site crashed. Than again i deactivated the plugin – waited a bit and enable it again – back to normal. Rollback didn’t do anything – in fact i think it was worse.

Wait for the update i guess?
