Please contact the support of RankMath SEO plugin and ask them why their analyzer does not see h1 in breadcrumbs and if it is a problem or can be ignored. What recommendation they can provide from their side?

“Could the H1 tag be transferred below the image?” – there is no such option without additional customization.
