We have identified that the issue originates from the “Variations as single products for WooCommerce” plugin. To address this, we have temporarily deactivated the plugin, which has resulted in the products now being displayed correctly on the Shop page. We advise you to reach out to the plugin’s support team for additional assistance in resolving this matter.
Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Additionally, our theme includes a built-in “Variations As Simple Products” option that may suit your needs (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products Design). We encourage you to explore its functionality, as it could potentially eliminate the requirement for an additional plugin.
