NO PRODUCTS WERE FOUND issue after updating to version v.9.2.5

    Hi Team!

    I need some help, a client of mine has reached out and said they cannot view products. After some troubleshooting that’s 100% correct. The issue is that users cannot view the ‘shop’ page or categories in the shop page, however, they can view individual products.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    We are reaching out to inquire if the issue you’ve encountered continues to occur only with our theme. For diagnostic purposes, could you kindly switch to the Storefront and Twenty Twenty Four (default WooCommerce theme and default WordPress Theme) temporarily and inform us of the outcome?

    Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it will help us provide you with the most effective support.

    If the problem persists independently of the activated theme, we would recommend you contact the plugin support and WooCommerce support.

    Hi All,

    After switching the theme to both ‘Hello Elementor’ & ‘Twenty Twenty Four’ the products show up on the shop page with some configuration.

    This issue is solely down to XStore can you please troubleshoot the issue for me?

    We have identified that the issue originates from the “Variations as single products for WooCommerce” plugin. To address this, we have temporarily deactivated the plugin, which has resulted in the products now being displayed correctly on the Shop page. We advise you to reach out to the plugin’s support team for additional assistance in resolving this matter.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Additionally, our theme includes a built-in “Variations As Simple Products” option that may suit your needs (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products Design). We encourage you to explore its functionality, as it could potentially eliminate the requirement for an additional plugin.
