Xstore licences – old sites that have been deleted

Hello,

As you see i have 10+ active xstore licences. The other day i was going through the list and noticed i have some unused.

I create a lot of staging sites like: domain.com/stage, /live, /test so on, so i can inspect theme options of the imported demo, styles, page layouts etc. and use it in my projects. But now you implemented “staff will check every installation” – something like that, where i as a customer must choose if it’s “live” or “staging” site.

What’s happend now, i have some unused licence keys that are sitting around. I can see in my “licences” tab the keys and where it’s used or unused with a label “There are currently no activated domains yet.

When i try to use that unused code on some stage site, it tells me that it’s already in use by a long deleted staging domain let’s say domain.com/staging.

Then when you implemented that “live”, “stage” stuff i tried with the subdomain according to your guide to put test in the subdomain like “test.domain.com” and even that didn’t work.

Bottom line is this. Can you check my existing active licences and delete the others so i can have my unused lincences back?

Edit: i just deactivated a licence for a domain that is in private. You want to know why? I had one licence inserted in my theme dashboard. Then one day the theme decides that it won’t update to the newest version with the famous xstore error: “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT”.

So what can i do? Deactivate the theme, updates, check again and so on. But now when i tried to activate the theme with the same key it told me it’s already in use. So the only option was to input another xstore licence.

Till now i had two licences for 1 site – i deactivated one and the notice said you have to manually check it – details in private.

All this sites that you gave me in private that end with /live, /stage and .test.mydomain.com: did you deactivate all of them so i can use the licences?

Should you choose not to acquire additional licenses, we must insist that the XStore theme files be removed from the aforementioned sites.

Please understand that we are unable to remove the information regarding your site while the XStore theme is in use without proper licensing, as this constitutes a breach of our terms of service.

Hello,

I understand fully what you’re saying (1 licence for 1 site). The thing is (and you can check) the sites that end with /stage, /live and one that starts with test. were for staging purposes and were long back ago deleted. I don’t know why the keys are still in use – the sites are not there. I would ask if i can get the keys back. Please see the private content. Can you check again my licences and paste the screen?

Can you do me a favor and also remove the sites licences that are in private. Also there is some other information there.

Can you please paste the picture again when your done, so i have it for my overview.

Another question. I saw some time ago that you can buy unlimited xstore licences. Is that still a thing?

We asked you to add all codes to your account, but f2e4ca6f-171d-4375-9cda-29f8******** has not been added yet.

Via your account, you can unregister licenses and make registrations according to your needs.

Please check all licenses and let us know once it is sorted, so real activations are the same as activations on your account page. Once this is done we will check and confirm this from our side too.

1/ Yes.

2/ 1 license, you can see it on your account page – https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=14311

As was mentioned, if on the real site you are using another license, deactivate the domain on this page https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=14311 and then re-activate the theme on your site XStore > Welcome panel, after that information on https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=14311 will be updated.

Hello,

Can you give me your picture of my licences to private?
Please see private. On my licences tab i have the key that is in private free (it says so in licences). Than i go to my new xstore installation and input the code it returns the error (also in private). It says the key is used but i don’t see where not in my licences page nor in the error message?

This is just ridiculous…
I’ve installed the theme with the key in private. The domain is a staging one! Once again i tried playing around with dev., test. and nothing worked. So i said to the options menu that this is a live site (tho it isn’t).

Hello,

I think i inputed all of my licenses to 8themes licenses subpage.
I deactivated the license in private and enable it again (update didn’t work) and now it doesn’t work anymore. Deactivate the license in private so i can use it again on the same page.

And lastly, please show me the picture with all my licenses and which domains i have listed so i can finish this mess.
