Issue with License Activation for XStore Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme

    Hi there,

    I’m currently facing an issue with the activation of my XStore Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme due to changing the installation folder. In my previous installation, I clicked on ‘register’ but failed to confirm it. The website remains the same: slowbro.pl. Could you please verify the status of my license so that I can proceed with activating it on the website?

    The current status of my license is as follows:
    Live Domain: There are currently no activated domains yet.
    Staging Domains: There are currently no activated domains yet.

    The theme registration was successful, however, when I try to activate it through the link “The following required plugin is currently inactive: XStore Core”, I am directed to a page where the Plugins Installer activates the XStore Core product v.5.2.5. But when I return to the dashboard, XStore Core still requires activation (I have already tried to go through this process 3-4 times).

    To assist you further, could you please confirm if you are using the Kirki plugin? If so, we kindly ask that you temporarily disable it, as it may interfere with the activation process.

    If the problem persists after disabling the Kirki plugin, we would be happy to take a closer look at the situation for you. To do this, we would require temporary access to your wp-admin.

    I’ve encountered another problem, could I get advice on how to install the Minimal Fashion theme without errors?

    Minimal Fashion Demo Installed! However, We’ve Encountered Some Errors:
