Sticky header menu; would like it to look like header menu

How can I get the main header on the home page to be the same as the “sticky header” as someone scrolls the page?

I have installed the XStore Advanced Sticky Header to help, but I just want to simply take the main header with transparent background and duplicate (pixel for pixel) for the sticky header.

Order from left to right:
Logo, menu navigation, search, wishlist, cart, my account icon

I can accept as is, but the menu on the sticky header needs to be right justified.

Homepage should be the only page with transparent header then as you scroll, the sticky header with black background appears.

We kindly request that you clear your cache and verify the changes at your earliest convenience. We have enabled the header overlap feature, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/Bhu8ofCEwG3B. This adjustment was made through the Header Builder under the ‘Multiple Templates’ section by editing the ‘Front Page Header’.
