Please update the theme to 3.6 version https://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

I do not see Product Add-ons plugin and also you do not have outdated files that may be with latest woocommerce version ( we will fix these files in new theme update).
Did you rewrite any files in parent theme?
