Can't see chat in Screets - by emeliech

    Hello,

    We are using Screets live chat.

    It works when a user first write something, but then we cannot see what they write.
    There is just an icon and it flashes quickly what they write, but then it is not appearing in the chat,
    so the user will just leave the chat.

    What could possibly be wrong? I mean there is no point having a chat if we cannot read what they write.
