Menu on iPad portrait - by finleydesign - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    On the website I built, when you look at iPad in portrait the mobile menu comes out, but when you click on the arrow for the drop down menu the main menu disappears again

    This issue needs to seen on an actual ipad as the chrome simulator won’t mimic it

    Go to the site in private, click on the menu, then click on “Our Services” should bring up the drop down menu, but instead it closes the menu, then when you open it again, the dropdown is open!!!

    I also understand the same issue occurs on Samsung devices

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Please update theme to the latest version (3.0.2.1), find it on ThemeForest where you bought theme https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976
    Log in to your account and go to the Downloads area.
    Then follow the documentation to update theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.
