Woocommerce extention Product add-ons problem

I bought the Woocommerce extention Product Add-ons
https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/

But for some reason the plugin does not work fully. All is well untill you add a product with add-ons to your card. It does not take the choosen options and additional cost in to account and the basic price remains. So the costumer thinks he bought something but the website does not calculate the right price.

Check for example : https://steigerhoutenmeubelcentrum.nl/product/steigerhouten-tafel-millau/
its all in Dutch but hoopfully you understand what i mean.

EDIT : I tried the extention with storefront theme and it works great… so it seems to be a theme problem? Please help 🙂

Hello,

Try to disable Ajax “Add to Cart” option (Theme Options > Single Product Page).

Hello,

I do not see Product Add-ons plugin and also you do not have outdated files that may be with latest woocommerce version ( we will fix these files in new theme update).
Did you rewrite any files in parent theme?

I did not install it jet because this problem accured first and needs to be fixed first.
After the theme will work good again i will install the extention to see if this now works or not.

Wen will the update be availible?

I did not re-wright anything, this is a clean new install of wordpress and the theme install like you discribed in your docs. Thants why i do not understand why its not working right…?

If you did not make changes in theme files, could I reupload the theme folder?

I’ve renamed your royal theme folder via FTP and upload the new one. Please check header now.
Outdated files will be fixed in the new theme update that will be released soon.
