Did you update theme only or also the XStore core plugin?

Did you install Kirki framework plugin and finished migration from Redux to Kirki?

Do you use any cache plugin on your site or server/CDN cache?
– yes I use WP Faster Caches, but cannot clear cache, website is stop working
Do you use parent or child theme? Did you make changes in child theme files?
. use child theme and here I made the changes
What version of WPBakery page builder do you use?

Thanks for the screenshot. Please check how this works with default WC theme – Storefront. We are able to help only in case the problem relates to our theme. If the problem persists with the default theme also, it’s because of your server/hosting. Contact your hosting provider to solve the problem.
I already did before and contacted godaddy. They told me to contact theme, seems is the problem from wpbakery.
Before to update the theme at 6, everything was great.
I changed the theme with Storefront and wpbakery is working. I check in different pages and open everything.
I think is from theme. Can you please log in and check yourself?

Could you ask the hosting provider about server error logs and provide us with list of the latest errors if you have them.
There is no any issue with the columns settings on the home page https://gyazo.com/8e55e7adfee112ab42e77c2a4f62a209 but the about us page has this issue. Looks like some element on that page causes the issue. So, please, check the server error logs. Do you have any errors there? Provide screenshot of the latest errors that you have there.
The about us page is demo template which I would like to use and edit, i have imported again the demo but is the same!
But like I told you before with storefront theme working!
Also, I have talked with godaddy hosting support and they saud, one of the pluging can maximizing the resource limit.
So, if the problems come from your theme, then I would like to refund money back.

You have a number of the third-party plugins enabled, not just the bundled plugins. Could your hosting clarify which plugin maximizes the resource limit? We’ll give you refund if your hosting provider could provide what queries or any other more clear information about plugins that cause issue to make sure that these plugins really related to our theme.
I have desactivated all the plugins and instal again, and now looks and working good.
Also, I deleted demo page About us.
