    Can’t reach Theme plugins at the admin back-end.
    This url wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins&plugin_status=all
    Reciving a message that I can’t see this page.

    Hello,

    It could be 2 reasons for the problem:
    1) Conflict with some third-party plugin that you also installed that change the link to the plugins installation page.
    2) Your user has limited permissions.
    If it does not help provide temporary FTP access.
    Also, you can download required plugins from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and install them manually.
