Options can no longer be changed after font upload attempt.

Hi,
After trying to upload a font to my website I am being emailed with a site Technical issue involving the options page. All of my options are greyed out and I cant change any of the theme options now.
This is the error that wordpress has emailed to me:
Error Details
=============
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 147 of the file /home/madcowvaping/public_html/wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/options-framework/extensions/fonts_uploader/fonts_uploader/field_fonts_uploader.php. Error message: Call to undefined function etheme_file_exists()

I have no javascript errors or any other information to give you.

Please help my site looks like rubbish and i’m losing customers.

Our developers did changes in theme files. The fix will be included in the next update of the theme.

i’ve just had a similar problem. can you tell me how to fix it myself? i deleted the font from the server in case that was the problem but that didn’t work. I can open up the theme file and make a change if need be. would rather not lose all my settings by uninstalling everything, but also don’t want to give ftp access to my server.

Hello, @ uuddtodd

We have sent you file to fix the problem to your registration email.
By the way, we don’t need access to all your FTP files, just to wp-content folder to be able to make changes in theme and core plugin files if it’s needed, so you can create a temporary user in future with access to that directory only and remove it once problem is fixed.

outstanding, thank you! sorry. i’m very new to this. i’ve developed a couple wordpress themes and done a lot of front end development, but never tried to implement someone else’s product. it’s very different doing everything in the console instead of through code.

I am having the same issue, I just tried to upload custom font and and all the theme options are disabled now , can some one please help me ASAP.
