1) We can’t install or update any theme or plugin via Dashboard http://prntscr.com/ktgmjb

2) I have activated WooCommerce plugin with the default theme and got 500 error. I think problem is related to your server settings if you can’t use the WC plugin even with the default WP theme.
So, please, contact your hosting provider and solve the mentioned problems with the default WP installation first and then contact us and we’ll check the issues related to our theme.

If you used the beta version before I suppose you have XStore core plugin 1.1 version and it can be the reason of the problem. Connect to your site using FTP and rename the et-core plugin folder. Check if you can login to Dashboard after that and if yes then remove this version of plugin and install the one that comes bundled with the 4.28.1. If plugin is not the reason of the problem then provide us with temporary FTP and Dashboard access to your site.
Also, could you tell me why did you decide to change the version 5.0 back to 4.28.1, what issues did you face?

You need to specify the “star” font family. By default WooCommerce do this but in your case I don’t nee star.woff in your sources http://prntscr.com/kt5zr4 . So, make sure that WC plugin includes font file and you can try to add font-face rules into child theme style.css to enable it, for example,

WPBakery adds bg as the parameter in the page code http://prntscr.com/krmgno so, if you created translation before media translation I suppose you won’t get the changes. Try to change the bg using the manual translation editor of that page instead of Classic WPML translation editor and re-add bg image for the section of the eng translation. Or contact WPML support, maybe they have some better solution for you.
