The WPbackery backend editor issue, please help

Hi there,

I’m encountering with a very wired issue that the WPBackery backend editor is not showing up any content.

Can you please let me know the reason and how can I fix it back?

By the way, could you pls also let me know how to setup/change the Payment Gateway Icon?
I do have checked into the Woocommerce Payment Settings and Theme Options but there seems to have nothing to change.

Hello,

1) I don’t see any issues with the backend editor http://prntscr.com/kpyp8r
2) You are using the additional plugin (GoUrl WooCommerce – Bitcoin Altcoin Payment Gateway Addon) to add that payment gateway and you need to contact plugin author to ask if they have the option to upload payment gateway icon. It’s not our or WooCommerce settings.

Sorry regarding the WPbackery editor, the issue seems to exist with the “HOMEPAGE”.

I have also tried to switch to the front end editor and click on the top to switch back to backend editor, while nothing came out.

Could you have a check of the “HOMEPAGE”?

Hello,

Please update WPBakery Page Builder to the latest version https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update then clear cache and check. If this doesn’t help, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem.

Hi,

I have successfully updated the WPbackey plugin via FTP and changed a few browsers but unfortunately, it is still not working (not showing up any content).

(It is just not working on “HOMEPAGE”)

I’m just wondering if I have accidentally disabled anything on this page since it seems it works just fine on other pages except the “HOMEPAGE”?

Hello,

Seems that you edited page without page editor and removed part of the code http://prntscr.com/kqsuyg and page structure was broken. I have restored one of the previous revisions, check if all the texts and elements are ok. Use only backend or frontend editor to change the elements.
