    Hello,

    1. Check now, please.
    2. Are you talking about the following way to center the logo for the desktop version http://prntscr.com/ky5z7i ?
    3. Use the following code to remove that gap

    .page-content {
        margin-top: 0;
    }

    4. Use Ultimate Addons heading element to add headings with the different font size for the mobile devices http://prntscr.com/ky61c3 instead of the custom CSS because your custom affects the other heading at your page http://prntscr.com/ky628o or remove the custom class for these elements.
    5. If you want to remove the page heading for the blog page and all the posts I would recommend to use Theme Options > Header Settings > Breadcrumbs and disable breadcrumbs if you don’t want to have them. If you want to disable them for some pages/posts only use Page Layout while editing the page/post.
    6. Change the alignment for the mobile texts to top-center http://prntscr.com/ky66dk instead of center-center. More about Revolution slider responsive here https://www.themepunch.com/faq/slider-revolution-responsive-tutorial-5-0/ – Correcting Layer Alignment
    7. Use vw, vh or % to add paddings/margins instead of fixed px value that does not depend on responsive, or the combination of px and vw/vh/%, for example, 35px of padding + 3vw of margin to avoid very small gap on the mobile devices.

    8. Could you provide the screenshot for better understanding?

    9. Use row bg instead of single image + row paddings, as we did for the faq-sweden-2 page.

    Regards

    Hello,

    Provide me links to pages where you have doubled H1 tag. We found many h2 tags at some pages but all of them are related to content that you have added, so if you want to use h2 only once then edit pages, edit texts that you added and change the h2 to any other tag that will be suitable for you.

    Hello,

    There was a js error in console http://prntscr.com/kx52sy caused by jQuery Updater plugin. We have disabled the plugin and don’t see problems with the the mobile version menu, custom tab of the single product page, zoom function https://gyazo.com/6ef4fc35614e25211d50458c92181a45

    D. You have disabled out of stock label http://prntscr.com/kx54zc Label exists http://prntscr.com/kx5bee if enabled. Size visibility is not related to theme. This is how WC plugin works by default. You can install and activate the default WooCommerce theme and check.

    E. Don’t see problem http://prntscr.com/kx5chr Describe in more details, please.

    F. Try Insert Headers and Footers plugin to add GA. Also, you use the third-party plugin for the GA make sure that everything works fine with the default theme because the issue could be related to the plugin or its settings.

    Hello,

    Problem is caused by one of the third-party plugins that you use. Disable them one by one and check the frontend to find out which one is the reason of your problem.

    Favicon is the default option of WordPress. Could you, please, go to Appearance > Themes > enable the default WP theme and check if favicon appears when the default theme is activated or not?

    Hello,

    You can do this using custom CSS. Go to Theme Options > Header > Fixed Header > enable fixed header.
    Then go to Custom CSS area and add the following code

    .woocommerce:not(.home) .fixed-header.fixed-enabled, .page:not(.home) .fixed-header.fixed-enabled, .blog:not(.home) .fixed-header.fixed-enabled, .single-post:not(.home) .fixed-header.fixed-enabled {
      display: none;
    }

    Hello,

    The sidebar was disabled in page settings https://gyazo.com/46fa124bfe0a6d712164b7cbd92d6947
    Categories inherit the individual shop page settings because individual page settings always have more priority than Theme Options.

    Hello,

    1) I have moved all the custom from theme options to inline WP custom CSS that is not cached (Appearance > Customizer > Custom CSS). Because all the custom from theme options is in dynamic.css file and CSS files can be cached by plugin and browser.

    2) I have added center align for the footer elements for the mobile devices. Flags can’t be pushed down next to text because you have added text and them in one tag – h5. To show then next to text they should be in the separate tag. Anyway, it’s not related to our theme issues, it’s content management.

    Hello,

    We checked your site on iPhone and don’t see any issues.
    Can’t check with the Ipad Pro because don’t have this device.
    Have you tried to check your site on any other mobile device? Do you have this issue? Maybe it’s some cache problem because we don’t have ideas why files from CSS are not applied on your device.

    Hello,

    Problem is not related to Revolution slider or theme. Seems something is wrong with your previously uploaded images ( http://prntscr.com/kvsn1o http://prntscr.com/kvsnji )and FF does not load them. We have checked your old image and one new image that we uploaded when the default WP theme is activated. Your old image is not shown even with the default theme when we are trying to check it on the frontend https://gyazo.com/d4b938a299fdc6c3e15d672619c8936e

    Hello,

    I have enabled the add to cart button in grid element settings and added custom styles to page custom to hide it for the desktop version

    @media only screen and (min-width: 993px) {
        .mpc-product__content .mpc-wc-add_to_cart-wrap {
        display: none;
    }
    }

    So, you won’t lose these changes after theme update.

    Hello,

    All these elements used the main font color even before the 4.4 update because we did not change these styles in that update.
    Inspecting your site I see that you added custom code that duplicates almost all the styles from the parent theme except background color http://prntscr.com/kvoisa It’s not right. You need to add only styles that you need to change, for example,

    button, .button, input[type=button], input[type=submit], .wishlist_table .add_to_cart.button, .btn-black, .btn.btn-black, .subscription-toggle {
        background-color: #028389 !important;
        border-radius: 5px;
        font-size: 15px;
    }

    You don’t need to copy whole the styles to child theme http://prntscr.com/kvokgr

    2) Some styles in your custom CSS conflicts http://prntscr.com/kvoku9 Why do you use the different color for the same element button for example?
    3) If you don’t want to change the main font color remove it and just send me screenshots of the elements where you want to change the color. If you don’t like color of the Add to cart button then just remove the color: #000 from your custom, I have already mentioned it on the screenshots.
    4) “green drop-down menu” – the same situation, you have added this background in custom CSS http://prntscr.com/kvonhy Also, I see that you made changed directly in theme styles. We don’t recommend to do this. Reupload source style.css of the WooPress parent theme!

    Hello,

    If you want that styles as the default styles for that widget, not for the home page only then you need to use Custom CSS in theme options, not the page custom CSS. I have added correct code in your custom CSS.
    Check if this is ok for you.

    Hello,

    You are welcome!
    The latest version of Revolution slider you can always find here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and also all the other included plugins. You can update plugins manually via FTP or delete and install plugin again using the new archive.

    Staging site is a full copy of the existing site, you can read more here https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/ Before update production site it would better to make the update on staging site and then decide what things should be changed to proceed with the update on the production.

    Hello,

    Problem was caused by the updated version of XStore core plugin that is required for the 5.0 version of XStore theme. I have downgraded core plugin, updated Revolution slider, Infinite scroll and Massive addons plugins. I don’t know what widgets you had in widget areas and I suppose they are messed up now, so, please, go to Appearance > Widgets and move them into correct areas.
    Tell me what problems did you have with the Revolution slider?

    Also, if you create staging site we can help you to update theme to version 5.0 there and then you’ll be able to fix some moments with styles if you want.
