About your issue:
1) We are able to help only if the problem is related strictly to our theme https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy So, we are always ready to help if customer faced problem/bug with our theme options! But in your case, it does not work at all even with the default theme. If you can’t make it work with the default theme, with default WooCommerce we can do nothing because it is outside the scope of our support. You need to contact WooCommerce plugin support and solve the problem with that link and affiliate type of product first. You need to direct your problem to the right support who is responsible for that issue. Or hire the developer for additional customization. Hope for your understanding.
2) The link works if we use the simple button, check the MAC Pink Lipstick – Twig (S)

So, problem either is related to your WP/WC settings or to your server settings but not to our theme.

Seems that you edited page without page editor and removed part of the code http://prntscr.com/kqsuyg and page structure was broken. I have restored one of the previous revisions, check if all the texts and elements are ok. Use only backend or frontend editor to change the elements.

We can do it and ask the plugin author about that element in plugin comments area because we don’t have any special communication channel just because plugin comes bundled with theme, we are theme authors, not plugin authors and don’t have information why that content was not included into presets import by default. We just thought that if you ask you’ll get the answer faster but if you prefer to wait when we ask and get the answer and then post the answer here – no problem.

Hello,
1) You don’t need to remove child theme. You just need to remove the incorrect custom code from child theme functions.php. If you placed styles to child theme style.css, of course, they will disappear once you enable parent theme. Move styles from child theme style.css to parent theme custom CSS to get them with the parent theme.
2) Because this font is custom font and it was removed. Once I have uploaded it again I don’t see any problem with it.

Everything works fine when the parent theme is enabled. The problem appears once I enable your child theme. I suppose the problem is caused by some code in child theme functions.php. Check it and fix your custom code.
So, if you sometimes get 16s I think it’s your hosting issues and you need to contact your hosting provider.

2) You are using the additional plugin (GoUrl WooCommerce – Bitcoin Altcoin Payment Gateway Addon) to add that payment gateway and you need to contact plugin author to ask if they have the option to upload payment gateway icon. It’s not our or WooCommerce settings.

We’ll install Marseille 2 for you. Marseille 2 home page does not use the Revolution slider, we used our element to create the slider. If you prefer Revolution you can install and activate it from Appearance > Install plugins and then create sliders using plugin options.

To get the vertical gallery go to Theme Options > Single product > choose vertical for the Thumbnails gallery.
To get variations you need to create variable product type and enable variation swatches after that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XO-PDvhPypc
To add the PayPal button install and activate WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway and follow the plugin instructions to enable button at the single product page.

Are you talking about variation image? Problem was caused by your CSS in WP custom CSS (Appearance > Customizer > Custom CSS)

Hello,
1) I just copied styles from the 2.3 child theme style.css to 2.5 child theme style.css and don’t see the difference. I suppose you just forgot about these changes that you made in child theme 2.3.
2) I have installed the latest version of XStore theme. White screen issue was caused by the PHP memory limit. I have increased it in wp-config file and everything works fine. You can enable XStore child theme and check.

1) You can disable the default search from Theme Options > Header settings > Search > disable.
2) The place to add the code of the new search depends on you. Do you want just to replace existing search or want to change also its position? What type of header do you use (can’t check your site because of password protect)? You will need to edit file depending on the header structure that you use (xstore/headers/ folder).
