Also, try to disable all 3rd-party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem.
Do you have the problem with our theme only or with a default theme too?
1) Enable the official WooCommerce theme Storefront and check if adding to wishlist works fine with the Storefront. If it does not then you need to contact plugin author to fix the problem because we won’t be able to help you.
2) In case it does not work with our theme only we need temporary Dashboard and FTP access to check and fix the problem. If you can’t provide access then we need the full copy of your site to set up in on our localhost, check and fix the problem because we don’t have this issue on our test installation.
