I don’t understand problem because your site works fine for me. If you use 4.28.1 version of XStore theme use 1.0.23 version of Core plugin.

XStore 5.0 is major update and we have changed a lot of things https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ including theme styles.

You use child theme and also made changes that’s why I would not recommend you to update production site now. If you want to try new update then create staging site and update theme and plugin there.

I see. It looks like a cache issue. If you use server or plugin cache clear it. Console displays call to function that does not exist in theme anymore. So, js files are cached.

Oh, there was no need to restore the whole site, et-core plugin only. Don’t update plugin if you use 4.28.1 version. New plugin update is for XStore 5.x only!

Problem was caused by the new version of Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin and Revolution slide tabs navigation, plugin caused js error. We have downgraded the MA version and contacted plugin developers with bug report. If you want to use tabs navigation for the slider use 2.3.3 version of MA plugin till they fix the issue.
