All the style changes that you make using Theme Options are save into /wp-content/uploads/xstore/options-style.min.css file. So, if you don’t see changes then probably file is cached:
1) either by your server/plugin/CDN cache if you use any of them
2) or by your browser.
So, clear server/plugin/CDN cache and browser cache( use https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn?hl=en if youuse Chrome) and check the frontend again. If you still have the problem provide temporary WP Dashboard access to your site and screenshot of the elements that do not change the styles. We’ll check.

To change site title just go to Settings > General > Site Title. There is no problem with this in Classico theme. If you want to change the logo go to Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Logo image and just upload your logo. Also, you can upload a custom logo for some page only using page options.

We found that you left the 1star rating for our theme. All the issues that you mentioned are easy to solve and actually are not the problems. I think you just need a detailed explanation.
Would you be so kind to change the rating? Our support always helps the clients, you can check the answers on the forum and there is no need to leave the low rating to get the answer!

You don’t need to activate bundled plugins to use it with our theme. Read more about bundled plugins https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins You need to buy an individual license only if case you need plugin author support or want to get auto-update via Dashboard but we always publish up to date version of all the bundled plugins on our Downloads page. Also, you can just disable and remove plugin (Dashboard > Plugins) and then go to Appearance > Install Plugins > install plugins again and you’ll get the updated version. You won’t lose your sliders or page content after plugin reinstallation.

1) You have disabled required plugin – Custom Metaboxes (CMB2) that adds the field to upload category heading image.
2) Images used before probably was removed from the media gallery because we did not find it. We used another image that you uploaded to media and did not face any issue with this.
