Hi there i need help. I have Installed your theme recently with updated version. I have imported default demo and i want my website to be look like your default demo (https://xstore.8theme.com/)
with color option and size option. I tried to add new product with attributes but its not adding. I have also created colour attributes and size attributes but nothing works. Please fix this in my website.

Hello there,

I have tried again with your video and added an extra product but there is a problem saving Attributes and variations. I have added Colour and Size Attributes but after adding in the product its not showing neither saving.

There are many problems there :

1. Attributes and variations aren’t saving.

Q-1 Can i just add simple product with available sizes and colours? If yes then how? I tried to add a simple product with attribute size and saved it but it doesn’t show on product page.

Q-2 Can i add attributes and variations with same price for all sizes and colours. I tried to add but it doesn’t saved. Why?

Q-3 I even tried to add with all attributes and variations and asign them prices it doesn’t saving at all. Please fix this.

2. QR Codes is missing from product page.

Hello,

Please see screenshots form our demo – http://prntscr.com/l877xs and http://prntscr.com/l87827 With default version you got 1 menu (Main menu) and this menu uses static block http://prntscr.com/l875nd > http://prntscr.com/l8771o https://youtu.be/f07MBdnFPfk Content of this block can’t be displayed on mobile correctly, so on our demo, we created another menu for mobile http://prntscr.com/l876jd + http://prntscr.com/l876n4 http://prntscr.com/l876pk
If you use the static block to create mega menu, you need to create another menu and set it as mobile menu.

Hello There!

1. Why there is no any order cancellation or refund process in your theme. As it is really required if you are into online business. Please Add this option in your next update. I have tried woo-commerce plugins for this option but none of them worked with your theme. If you have any plugin which works with this option. Please suggest.

Hello,

1) Orders management and refunds are WooCommerce plugin options and you can find them in WC order options http://prntscr.com/lekfys
What plugins did you try? What errors did you have with them? Are you sure that plugins work fine with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront? Have you tried? Explain to me your actions in more details and we’ll try to help you if the problem is related to our theme.
2) I see that you are using some additional plugin for the menu and we can’t check the problem. So, do you plan to use our default menu or this plugin?

We don’t have such icon in the XStore icons list https://xstore.8theme.com/xstore-icons/
What icon font do you plan to use for the new icon? FontAwesome? Could you provide me link to icon?
