    Hello,

I suppose somebody who has access to your site probably did because I remember you have already asked about Google Adds https://www.8theme.com/topic/why-is-there-google-ads-on-my-website/
Check your site content(widgets, static blocks, pages etc) and remove the adds code if you don’t need it. Our team able to help you only with theme code and theme options, these things are not related to our theme.

    Regards

    What about this area? https://ibb.co/nBTBjbZ

Is it because of the ads too? This situation occurs in may pages.

    Hello,

We don’t know. We don’t have access to your site and we are not your site/server administrators. We are XStore theme support and can help you with issues related strictly to our theme and we are sure that our theme does not have any “google adds” code by default in the source files. If you have any third-party code in the widget areas or in the WP files we would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to scan the WP installation and protect your site.

    Regards

    Hello,

I don’ understand you. I have explained to you that you should check the widget areas because you already asked about it before. But you still don’t want to do this and ask us again and again. I repeat: you have the third-party code of the google adds in the widget areas https://gyazo.com/ee46f17221e52d601e2f202913123f21 + you have installed Head, Footer and Post Injections plugin and added google adds code there http://prntscr.com/oitffh Maybe you have any other sources of that adds, I’m not your content manager, I don’t know this information. Check the site content and plugins that you use.

Why do you contact our support if these questions are not related to our theme but to your third-party plugins and WP content? Sorry but we are not the freelance developers, we are theme support and can help you with issues related strictly to our theme options and theme files. If you have questions that are not related to our theme hire site administrator for these purposes. Hope for your understanding.

    Regards

    1. You said the gaps were due to the ads right? But after I deleted the ads codes, the gaps are still here, how do you explain that?

    2. I deleted the codes many times, and they keep regenerating.

That’s all I want to know, sorry for asking so much.

    Hello,

Nope, you did not. Head, Footer and Post Injections plugin is still enabled and google adds code is there http://prntscr.com/oitffh
Disable that plugin, please and check again.
