Dear Team X Store. I had a meeting with my developers and we have some issues with the site loading speed that is affecting my performance. Using google page speed insights the developers found it takes 6.2s for First contentful paint and 8 seconds for meaningful paint. Please advise if the theme is slowing this down and how to resolve this. many thanks, Alex

Hey Rose, Thanks for the reply. I’m not asking for complimentary site optimization. My technical hosting team is asking if the theme itself is slow. They’ve identified issues in the script, particular on the mobile side and so I’m reaching out to you to see if this a known issue with X store?

Issue No. 1 – How can we display from Product Categories selected products in the sequence we want to display first, second, third etc….
Issue No. 2 – Our store location map displays properly at the back end but doesn’t display on Home Landing Page perview
Issue No. 3 – Our landing page whether from Home screen or from any other category very slow. Can you run any utility from your end to find the cause of delay landing page speed. Suggest how to improve speed for landing page.

Regarding the display of specific product names in your sentence, this can only be achieved through additional customization, as it is a specific request not supported by our theme options.

Concerning the Google Maps issue, you need to check if your configuration of widget is correctly set. At this time we are unable to investigate it on your website because no details were provided, such as the website URL, temporary WP-Admin access, or other relevant information.
