Licence probleme - by graphics - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I have duplicate one of my website and bought a second licence key for the new website. I activate it but when i want to do an update on wpbakery page builder they said : failed because the licence is already activate on my first website.

The two are not working together (xstore and bakerybuilder )

I see the list with all the downloads but how can I know wich slider work with the new licence ? And what should i do in wp i have to reinstall slider revolution ? I will loose my slider that i have created?

Hello,

You don’t need to activate bundled plugins to use it with our theme. Read more about bundled plugins https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins You need to buy an individual license only if case you need plugin author support or want to get auto-update via Dashboard but we always publish up to date version of all the bundled plugins on our Downloads page. Also, you can just disable and remove plugin (Dashboard > Plugins) and then go to Appearance > Install Plugins > install plugins again and you’ll get the updated version. You won’t lose your sliders or page content after plugin reinstallation.

I have another question on license, I have 5 licenses of xstore for several website. Is there a way to check wich license is activate on wich domain just to check i haven’t put the same twice?

How can I check wich licence is activate on my website: http://www.clearance.co.il ?
You told me last time that each website had a different licence bus I still have problems to do updates, they tell me that my licence is activate on another domain and I can’t make update on several plugin…
Can you help me ?

Hello,

1) That license was also used for the clearance.bg
2) We have activated clearance.co.il using other your license that was used only for this domain. Now you should not have problems with the update. We updated theme using auto-update.
