Hello,

1) Follow theme documentation to enable FB login on the My account page https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/facebook-login/
2) FB login is not shortcode that you add to any page, it’s available for my account and checkout registration only.
3) A simple link to your FB account, for example https://www.facebook.com/8theme

Hello,

We use a large screen, so it looks in the following way http://prntscr.com/phe3na
But if you want to get the image bg below the site container even for the small devices then add the following code to child theme style.css

.boxed .template-container, .framed .template-container { margin-bottom: 30px; }

Hello,

Next installed the Xstore import files

How did you install import files if this is not the plugin, this is archive with folders inside that includes XML files, slider.zip, options.dat to import every additional version manually https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/ if one-click installation (Theme Options > Import demos) does not work for somebody?

Hello,

Themes translation files should be in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder, plugin translation files – in /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder.
There is translation of WooCommerce http://prntscr.com/phccg8 What do you plan to translate again? Sorry, I’m not sure that fully understand the last message.

Hello,

Are you talking about WooCommerce default tracking shortcode https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ ?
Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront default WooCommerce theme and check if it works fine. Let me know about the results.

Sorry, seems Ajax still finds the results but enter – no. Provide FTP because we need to check and play with theme files code. In case we face fatal error we won’t be able to finish without FTP.

Hello,

We have updated theme and core plugin. Then I have renamed the header.php file in the child theme and built header using header builder. There you’ll be able to find search settings http://prntscr.com/ph286e Results Sorting field supports drag and drop option to sort what results you want to show first. Check and let me know your opinion.

Hello,

Edit your page > edit the Product element that you have in the New products tab and check the element settings. You should have products type > all, sort by date and choose the ask/desc order. To show bestsellers edit the next tab content and product elements and choose the bestselling in the product type http://prntscr.com/ph1qjs

Hello,

Check the server error logs. Maybe you have any errors there that could explain the problem with the revolution slider. It seems page just stacks and crashes. Why do you need slider there? You have the only 1 image with text. I have created row with parallax instead of that 1 slide and it will speed up your page http://prntscr.com/ph1jji than if you use slider.

Hello,

1) If you need to manage the space between items use the menu settings https://www.8theme.com/topic/homepages-full-height-to-fit-into-full-screen-no-matter-the-size-of-screen/#post-222864
2) To hide breadcrumbs use breadcrumbs settings https://gyazo.com/4934e2bc0495e5933c7cd38829578825
3) Priority is the following (a – most important, c – less important)
a) Custom CSS in individual pages
b) Theme Options -> Theme CSS and Theme Options -> Additional CSS
c) Child Theme / style.css
The “! important” keyword depends on rule in the parent theme style.css and hierarchy of selectors that you plan to use to overwrite parent styles.

Hello,

Email notification is the default option of the WooCommerce plugin and we (theme developers) do not have any dealings with this. You may look for additional plugins that include advanced options for the email notification. Our theme does not include any extra options for this than WooCommerce has.

Hello,

We found that you disabled the Brands option https://gyazo.com/ea3921938c2dd9bef95e7c0337fa882c but the Brand element was used to create products grid http://prntscr.com/pgui92 It caused the error. Either enable brands or don’t add the Brands element in product grid layout.

Hello,

If you upload the featured image with size 650×650 then use 650×650 image for the variations. If you upload featured image 650×500 then use 650×500 image for the variations, that’s all. And there won’t be any problem of scalled images https://gyazo.com/224e6e7d6217c324fa24c584d2f12143

Product gallery image jumps up on hover https://gyazo.com/58847cb15a140601eec6c28087cdff69 to highlight the image you plan to click. If you don’t like this effect add the following custom

.thumbnails-list .slick-slide:hover a, .thumbnails-list .swiper-slide:hover a, .thumbnails-list .active-thumbnail a { transform: translateY(0); }

We are working on new theme update to improve it. It should be available tomorrow. But keep in mind that new options will be available only if you use the header builder. So, wait for tomorrow and provide FTP access to update the theme for you.

Yes, we worked a lot to create header builder. I would recommend you to create header using this option because the default header will be removed after the next 3 months.

Hello,

It displays the results but you need a wait a lot, sometimes up to 11s http://prntscr.com/pgj8jz
Contact your hosting provider to reduce the server and DB response time, we can do nothing with this.
Border option works ok, don’t see problem with it. Maybe you did not choose the type of border or did not set the width.

Hello,

Theme CSS can’t be removed! It includes styles for the different WPBakery elements, for different types of product, header, blog layouts and there is no way to remove the part of styles at this moment.

1) Connect your hosting provider to fix the problem with your SSL certificate http://prntscr.com/pghuv4 because we can’t test your site speed using GTMetrix or optimize images directly from your site http://prntscr.com/pghw4k
2) Reduce the page size http://prntscr.com/pgho9w using optimized images https://gyazo.com/c07ba78a03686377a89f5d2f7ca32eb5 Why do you use such a huge image for such a small block http://prntscr.com/pgi42k ? The optimized image takes much less.
3) Check the list of enabled third-party plugins and remove plugins that you don’t use.
4) If you need advanced help with site optimization contact WPKraken team because our support does not include personal optimization service.
