Get Tracking not working - by ptsbere - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    My “Get Tracking” Button is not working for me. I want to be able to add a tracking number to the order once the order has been processed. Please help me with this. Regards

    Are you talking about WooCommerce default tracking shortcode ?
    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront default WooCommerce theme and check if it works fine. Let me know about the results.

    Thank you. Issue resolved by removing the UPS and setting the shipping to a fixed rate.
