Temporarily activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with the official theme too.

Email notification is the default option of the WooCommerce plugin and we (theme developers) do not have any dealings with this. You may look for additional plugins that include advanced options for the email notification. Our theme does not include any extra options for this than WooCommerce has.
