Hello again! When I’m logged in to my account on my website, the site is pulling the incorrect product description for a product: https://www.oyofitness.com/product/oyo-personal-gym-le/. It’s pulling information for a private product: https://www.oyofitness.com/product/upgrade-kit-oyo-personal-gym-basic/

    Hello,

Our developers visited your site to fix the problem but don’t see it anymore. Could you provide link to product where we’ll be able to check the issue?

    Regards

In the intervening time I ended up figuring out what was causing the problem but I don’t know how to resolve it. When I create a copy of a product the copied product’s product description and title end up in the original product’s short description area. This is only when I am logged in. When I’m logged out the correct product description is pulled. I created a new copied product set to “private” so it’s not showing on our live site.

    Original product:
    https://www.oyofitness.com/product/oyo-personal-gym-total-body/
    Copied product:
    https://www.oyofitness.com/product/oyo-personal-gym-total-body-package-copy/

Additionally I am not seeing featured images display on the single product page when “zoom effect” is enabled (I’ve disabled it for now so customers don’t see a blank image). It appears to have something to do with the opacity being set to 0 somewhere within the zoom feature when it should be 1 but I’m not sure how/where to fix that.

    Hello,

Clean the CDN cache and check the products and zoom issues after that.

It appears, but then when you hover over the product image (all product images, both the featured image and those in the gallery), it squishes the image so the aspect ratio is all wrong. I disabled zoom again temporarily so customers don’t see that for the time being.

Also the incorrect product information is still displaying when I am logged in. https://www.oyofitness.com/product/oyo-personal-gym-total-body/

    Hello,

    Check description again.
To fix zoom image issue keep lazy loading option for the single product disabled https://gyazo.com/5770d138f09f0439e6e7386bf25c7090 Looks that lazy loading options of that plugin conflicts with the zoom images.
