Hello,

Thank you. We do our best to facilitate the development process for the customers.
Go to Theme Option > Theme Custom CSS > probably you added custom code to 2 areas – default WP custom and theme custom. Use child theme style.css instead of 2 different areas to avoid messing up with this.

You are using the second design type of the off-canvas block that uses Ajax requests to show the content http://prntscr.com/pjgkdi The speed of the request-answer depends on your server. So, either edit the mobile menu and choose the side menu design (1-st or 3-d) for the off-canvas content https://prnt.sc/pjggut instead of the second one (1-st and 3-d types do not use Ajax to display menu) or contact your hosting provider to speed up the server response time.

Hello,

You may try the Duplicator plugin. To make scheduled backups contact your hosting provider. The timeframe depends on the content you have there: if this is a live store with many of the orders per day we would recommend you to make a backup every day at least. If your site is a portfolio and you update content once in a month then there is no need to backup files and DB earlier than 1 per month.

Please, check and provide us with FTP access to the same WP installation as the Dashboard access.

We would recommend you to start using the header builder as it has more features instead of the default pre-created header. That warning is a known issue and we’ll fix it in the next theme update (1-2 days) or we could fix it immediately on your site if you provide Dashabord and FTP access.

Access is correct.
Ok. You have 4 warnings:
1) Missing field ‘review’ (optional)
2) Missing field ‘aggregateRating’ (optional)
3) Missing field ‘brand’ (optional)
4) No global identifier provided (e.g. gtin, mpn, isbn) (optional)

You will get this warning if your product has no reviews, brands etc. Ignore unless it does have reviews, do not plan to add brands etc. It’s not an error. All it really means is you can’t get the review star rich result if you have no reviews. It is not an error with your structured data. These warnings are specifically related to getting rich results in Google search and these data are optional as you can see from the warnings. Yes, that’s correct. We are not the WooCommerce plugin developers, so I’m not 100% sure but we tried and did not face problem with this. Anyway, do the backup of the files of the WP installation and DB before the WordPress, WooCommerce or theme update, just in case to be sure that you’ll be able to restore necessary files if anything is wrong after update.

Hello,

“theme name” – means folder name. At this moment we could offer you 2 solutions:
1) Free theme installation from our side of the version you need with manual changing of options.
2) Variant described in the previous message (removing part of the code)
3) Move to phpmyadmin and delete his currently created theme_mods_* which WordPress created then rename his imported setting. If you can not do this we can do it and record video for you then you’ll be able to change it from next time.

Every client is very important for us, so we want to do our best to help you with the next theme installations using our theme.

To fix zoom image issue keep lazy loading option for the single product disabled https://gyazo.com/5770d138f09f0439e6e7386bf25c7090 Looks that lazy loading options of that plugin conflicts with the zoom images.

Yes, you can use also wp-content/languages/loco/plugins but then don’t duplicate translation files to another folders.
