Issue with Home Artmaxy page display - by InspiringMe

Hello, I am receiving an error message on the display of my Home Artmaxy page which is the main page I had been using to create my homepage as I love the layout. The message says:

(see private area >>)

and on the frontend it displays nothing but the header with the warning below it in a smaller box in the middle of the page. Can you please help with this so I can continue editing my page and make it my homepage? Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.
Update the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update + Core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update and check the page then.
If this doesn’t solve the problem, provide us with FTP access (host, user, password, and port), so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

We found that you disabled the Brands option https://gyazo.com/ea3921938c2dd9bef95e7c0337fa882c but the Brand element was used to create products grid http://prntscr.com/pgui92 It caused the error. Either enable brands or don’t add the Brands element in product grid layout.

ok, great! i will be checking it today. Also – do you know the name of or where i can find the original Artmaxy font that was used on the main Artmaxy homepage slider? thanks

Amithen font you can find in XStore import files archive > artmaxy folder – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
