Google search Console – products warning

Hi,

Refer from our google search console, it showed we have 34 products with 4 warning. Please see https://prnt.sc/pb1t9m

Hi Rose,

Did your colleagues find out the problem?

On the other hand, the errors of mobile usability (Viewport not set to “device-width” and Clickable elements too close together) come out again. Would you ask your colleagues to double-check this also?

Hello,

Our developers need more information about the mentioned problems. Please provide us with screenshots of these errors and links to the results of the test.
Also, we need correct wp-admin access.
device-width is set – http://prntscr.com/pfh82y so there should not be “Viewport not set to “device-width”” error.
Please provide us with the requested data.

Hello,

Access is correct.
Ok. You have 4 warnings:
1) Missing field ‘review’ (optional)
2) Missing field ‘aggregateRating’ (optional)
3) Missing field ‘brand’ (optional)
4) No global identifier provided (e.g. gtin, mpn, isbn) (optional)

You will get this warning if your product has no reviews, brands etc. Ignore unless it does have reviews, do not plan to add brands etc. It’s not an error. All it really means is you can’t get the review star rich result if you have no reviews. It is not an error with your structured data. These warnings are specifically related to getting rich results in Google search and these data are optional as you can see from the warnings.
