    Hello,

Make sure that the “Portfolio Projects” option is activated in Theme Settings.
    Provide temporary wp-admin access.

    Regards

    Hello,

You updated the Core plugin to the latest version, but the version of the theme is old. Never update the XStore Core plugin without the theme update. Always check the changelog and the necessary version of the Core plugin for your theme version https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ Now you need either downgrade XStore core plugin or upgrade theme using auto-update (Dashboard > Updates) or manual FTP way – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
Do the backup of your database and files before starting the theme update.
Also, before the theme update to 6.1.3 version, you need to be sure that PHP version is 7.0 or 7.2. Read more in the changelog, a lot of new features were added in new versions of the theme.
If you need help with the update, provide us with FTP access + confirm that you created the backup.

    Regards

Hi! I’m a bit scared to do it now, hahaha.
I’ve checked and the PHP version is 7.3, is that also oké?
7.0 is not possible, only 7.2.

The only thing I need to do is the auto-update? And then it should be fine?
Or is it necessary to do stuff in the FTP? If yes, then I will provide you the details.

    I’ve just created a back-up btw.

    Hello,

You can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and update the theme there first.
Also, you will need to install the Kirki framework plugin after the theme update, then go to Xstore > Theme Options to finish migration of theme options.
Did you make any changes in the files of child-theme? We are not responsible for custom changes in files.
But we can do the parent theme update for free.
Please note, that our technicians work Monday – Friday, so on weekends (Sat-Sun) you can get a consultation only.

HI! The portfolio page is back, so that’s great.

Another question; I can’t update the plugin WPBakery Page builder. I get a warning: update package is not available….

And can you please tell me step for step what to do if I see there’s a new theme update? Or is that somewhere explained?

    Hello,

    1) Read the documentation on how to update theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
    2) Read the documentation on how to update the premium plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
