Point is that Shortcodes menu image is background image http://prntscr.com/rpm8r1
We chose 5columns layout in the menu settings (4 columns with text and 1 for space for the bg image) and chose bg image position – right bottom.
If you provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site we could create an example for you.

Hello,

Update error appears because your theme was activated at other domain that you use it now. So, go to WooPress settings > deactivate theme and activate it again using your own purchase code. After that you’ll be able to go to Dashboard > Updates > and update theme and plugin to latest versions.
Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll check and help you.

1) Go to Plugins > disable Wishlist and Compare plugins.
2), 3), 4), 5) Use xstore theme and xstore core plugin translation files to translate all the necessary strings https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
6) “county”? Maybe you meant country? You can choose the option to sell to a specific country http://prntscr.com/rplu98 and then you won’t have selector at the checkout. If you need to remove any other field you can use Checkout Manager plugin because WooCommerce does not have advanced options for this.
7) Use one of the special plugins for these purposes, like WPML, Polylang, qTranslate or similar.

1) If you add any content to the shop page (Pages > edit Shop page) it will appear before/after the products depending on Shop Page Banner Position option from theme options. 2), 3) Go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop widget area > edit title of the widget

Our theme does not have extra options for the checkout page, only the option to change the breadcrumbs and disable sidebar. WooCommerce has limited settings for the checkout in WooCommerce > Settings > https://gyazo.com/ea732995fc422ee1bae5fea12e856980
So, everything depends on what exactly you want to customize. If these options do not include things you need then you may look for the additional plugin or submit customization request to the customization team.

It was different because you added a negative margin for the desktop section only of the second row instead of reducing the margin of the single image element http://prntscr.com/rpegfh because default one is 35px. We have removed the negative desktop margin of the row and reduced the image margin. Check now.

Hello,

Ok. We found that the PHP version is 5.6. Min required version to use our theme and WooCommerce plugin is 7.0. Please, update PHP version to 7.0 or better to 7.3 version to be able to use the latest version of the theme and included plugins, 5.6 is out of date version.

That’s why contact your hosting provider to reduce the server response time or choose left/right menu layouts that use CSS animation to show the menu instead of the Ajax.

There are errors with the admin-ajax.php even when the default theme is activated http://prntscr.com/rnfsvo So, I suppose that our theme is not the reason of your issue.
I suppose it’s some combination of your server settings with the file/folder permissions or something, not sure. But we can do nothing if errors arise even with the default theme. I would recommend you to hire a developer who will take care of these errors and server settings or contact hosting provider support to get help with this because it’s outside of the theme support.

If you don’t know if any changes were made then you may lose the changes after theme update. It’s not a big problem if the update is done at the staging site but then it would be needed to implement changes in the child theme again if you find that some functionality is gone. And we won’t be able to make these changes because additional customization is not included in our support, our support can help you only with built-in options. So, let me know if we can proceed with the update.
