1) To translate https://ibb.co/gZ6hRyw use WPML taxonomy translation. For the detailed information contact WPML support and documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-post-categories-and-custom-taxonomies/
2) To translate https://ibb.co/MNDCkP7 and https://ibb.co/RQWp3CR use String translator.
3) To change the admin text https://ibb.co/SB9d609 go to WooCommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy > change text to Japanese.

Hello,

Disable the sidebar for these pages http://prntscr.com/rqay9h That widget is the default content of the Main sidebar widget area but such pages as the cart, checkout, my account do not need sidebar as a rule.
