Hello
I have added a top bar to the Top Header section. Is it possible for the header background image for the Main Header section to also be behind the Top Header, so the Main and Top headers share the same background image? I can’t see any setting for that?
Regards
Robert
Hello,
Top and Main header have separate settings for the bg. Please provide URL of your site + temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look and your settings and the desired result, maybe we will be able to suggest a workaround.

Hi Rose
It’s offline at the moment. I’ll get back to you on this in a day or two. It’s not a major problem, as I made the top header background colour the same as the main header’s background image colour, so it kind of fits already.

Hello,
Ok. Thanks for letting us know
Regards
You’re welcome.
An additional thing I noticed…
The Home page header is different from the other pages. It has a rev slider with header overlap turned on for just the home page. There is no setting to make the header overlap for Top Header as well as Main header. It is just assumed that the top header would not need to be overlapped.
Also, it occurred to me that because I am not using Bottom header, then maybe I could shift the Main Header components down to Bottom header and then shift the Top header Connection Blocks to Main Header, then turn off Main Header and maybe this would work for me. I’ll backup the site and give it a go. I’ll have to put aside some time to do this.

Hello,
If you enable the “header overlap” option it applies for 3 areas, not just for the main one.

Hi Olga
Thanks for explaining. I managed to get the results I wanted by making the background to the top bar transparent. There seemed to be a slight glitch doing this, but I had a workaround. Initially, I deleted the top bar background colour and saved. Since the front page had a separate header layout, I had to do this using multiple layouts and alter the home page layout. When I deleted the background in the multiple layouts, and saved the transparent background, it did not stay saved, and reverted to the white background colour. Instead, all I could to was use RGB colurs to make it white but fully transparent to get around this. This appears to be a bug in the header builder.
I had to use this colour to create transparency: rgba(255,255,255,0)
The save for the General layout did work though, just the save for the separate Home page in multiple layouts did not work.

Hello,
That’s strange because don’t see issue with the header transparent https://gyazo.com/742bc8d3014e18cfa2d70d0a3a6f60b6
Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashabord access to your site to check the problem. Before this update theme to version 6.3/Core 2.3 because we fixed some issues with the multiple headers related to using of the special HTML symbols etc.
