Where do you get this message? Please describe the problem in more detail with screenshots.
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.

I suppose this error is solved not we are encountering with another error which is we are not able to configure the the CHECKOUT page

Please help

We also checked the options like going to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Checkout
Here we are not able to do anything . Is it that in Xstore theme which we bought and to make checkout page operational we need to install any plugin.

Hello,

Our theme does not have extra options for the checkout page, only the option to change the breadcrumbs and disable sidebar. WooCommerce has limited settings for the checkout in WooCommerce > Settings > https://gyazo.com/ea732995fc422ee1bae5fea12e856980
So, everything depends on what exactly you want to customize. If these options do not include things you need then you may look for the additional plugin or submit customization request to the customization team.
