Ajax loading on shop, is not showing the previous default loading animation

Hey,

i updated theme + woocommerce to latest version and now for some reason, when i use brands filter and filter products by ajax, the loading animation doesn’t show anymore, but the products instead switch really quick and you don’t understand it.

Can you please help me

Hello,

We can’t check the site because your customization of child theme caused fatal error http://prntscr.com/rlqpjj
Fix the problem first, then reply back with the FTP access to your site and we’ll take a closer look at the loading animation.

Okay i fixed the error…

Can you please login with the wordpress details i provided, and there you have a wordpress plugin called Wp File Manager that allows you to edit files as you’d normally do with FTP or from Cpanel.

Because it’s a bit hard to provide you ftp there, but that plugin works totally fine.

Please check it now that the website is loading fine. Thanks

Hello,

We can’t use that plugin because if such happens and any fatal error appears during file editing we will be locked and won’t be able to fix it. So, we don’t work with the File manager to fix the issues, only for minor CSS changes.

And please let me know what you fixed and where, because this is not my live website but a staging server. And i can’t restore a backup from this server, but i will need to know which files were edited so i can copy them to my live website.
