Have you created a carousel type of Revolution slider? Unfortunately, the creation of the user content is not included in our support. I could try to explain some Revolution slider options that you maybe don’t understand, or even edit them if you already created a slider but we can’t create slider for you from scratch and edit it according to your needs because we are not personal content managers, sorry. We did not get reports that single product builder does not work after the update. We had the issue that single product layout was out of the container (and we have the solution for this) but the builder itself worked and user could see the changed.
You may provide video because I even don’t understand the exact problem you have because it’s backend issue and you don’t want to provide access to your site.
Anyway, to fix the problem we need access to backend and files. So, even if you make a video we will need this to help you.

This is the default widget of WooCommerce plugin and we can do nothing with its behavior because it depends on WooCommerce plugin code. You can contact WooCommerce support if you want to improve something with this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Or submit additional customization request here to develop the individual widget that will suit all your needs. Oe look for third-party plugin that may offer you a widget as you need.

Our theme does not have special widget for the categories, we use the default one only.

Enable Redux plugin and go to Theme Options > Contact form > make sure that you set correct email there http://prntscr.com/slm7zt

If it does not help then provide us with:
1) Mail error log (contact your hosting provider to get this)
2) WP Dashboard access
3) FTP access.

You may try to implement that line using CSS and after pseudo-element instead of the background image. Cut the line only and upload to your media. After that provide us with link to page where you have those categories, temporary WP Dashboard access and we’ll try if my idea works.
