Xstore Jewelery demo import problem - by furkan

Hello,
We bought Xstore theme and installed it. However we could not import jewelery demo. We contact our host provider. They gave support but could not solve the problem. We appriciate if you can help us.

Hello,

What error do you get while importing the demo content? Could you provide screenshot of the problem?
Could you, also provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to check the issue?

Hi,

Try to install XStore Core plugin (https://www.8theme.com/downloads/) via FTP, activate the plugin, and install the demo content. If this doesn’t solve the problem, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Also, temporarily disable cache plugin.

Hi,

We solved the demo problem and uploaded it. Thank you for your helping. However we received a warning to update XStore Core plugin. It is giving error when updating it. How could we fix it?

P.S. I saw that you installed all the plugins that come bundled. Please, check the plugins list and keep enabled only plugins that you really use, disable all the other plugins because every additional plugin slows down the site.
