Hello,

Enable Header Overlap in Theme Options > Header builder. If you need the transparent header on Home page only, use Multiple headers – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
Try to activate Full-Width Header in Theme Options > Header builder > Main header settings or change alignment of the logo http://prntscr.com/slktzw

Yes, It is correct. You need to enable the Overlap also.

The structure of these 2 rows is great when viewing on desktop. But when I view on the phone, the order becomes 1>2>3>4,
How can I make it to 1>2>4>3 and not changing the structure on a desktop?
