    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > themes > install and activate Storefront theme. Test your product with the Storefront theme and check if problem disappears. Our theme does not have any special options that may affect that functionality, so check first if this option works with the default theme.

    You were right, I have the same problem with the StoreFront also. What should I do? What do you suggest next?
