Truly saying your site is not very fast in general. We wait so long to get any page loaded. So, I think you need to contact your hosting provider to get help with server settings to speed up the site and infinite loading. Because infinite loading is the Ajax request to your server and DB, and its speed depends on the server response time.
Also, provide us with FTP access to your site to allow us to upload the archive with improved use of the CPU.
