First, I received an error related to the et-core-plugin/et-core-plugin.php

    Hello,

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

If you don’t know your FTP access, contact the hosting provider and ask this information.
    Waiting for your reply.

I the Private Content area I can see wp-admin access, but not FTP access.
We need FTP host, FTP login, FTP pass, FTP port to be able to connect via FileZilla

    Regards

    Hello,

I have enabled the XStore core plugin but don’t see the fatal error. Could you, please, tell me your actions to reproduce it?

    Regards

I was not even able to activate the XStore core plugin. I was informed of the fact that the site was down by my client. The initial affected file(s) can be referenced in the screen shot included.

    Please contact administrator

the site appears to be back up and running, so I am not sure what happened. Is there anything you did in order to activate the XStore Core plugin?

    Hello,

I removed it and installed it again. Not sure, maybe your client made any changes in the XStore core plugin files that caused the mentioned issue.
Contact us if you face that fatal error again.

    Regards
