    Hello,
    My homepage is gone (not the first time) preview mode often doesn’t work properly (it shows the page blank) and this morning when I logged in, my homepage was there, but when I started making changes, everything is gone, and the preview mode is not working properly. Also, there are several shortcodes that are not translated into the home page. Thanks for your help

    I found where the problem came from is when I added “product looks”. Once i deleted it, the page reappeared .. how come it?

    Hello,

    1/ Could you, please, add the element back to allow us to check the issue in more detail?
    2/ What products did you use in the Product Look element?
    3/ Provide us with temporary FTP access to your site.
