    Hello,

We are working on speed improvements of our theme and have pre-released archive. Provide us with FTP access to update your site and then allow you to test the speed.
Also, contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the SubstituteMaxLineLength to 20M.
And provide us with the full text of the error you have in the server error logs.

    Regards

    Hello,

    1) WPBakery was not enabled for the Static Blocks http://prntscr.com/uvrfq6 Check the Static Blocks now.
    2) Could you contact your hosting provider and set client_max_body_size 20M ?

    Regards

    Hi Olga

    I hope you are well.

All products from Executive beds have disappeared whilst editing the prices of the products, The theme seems very temperamental.

We are still experiencing alot of issues with the speed of this theme and could do with you looking into it again and ensure we are running on the latest release and our WP is up-to-date

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

Also do you know of a way for me to mass update prices of the products in one go. The products have allot of variations. It will take months updating them 1 at a time.

Surely woocommerce must have a more logical way of doing this.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

We have all the speed optimization options that we have in our theme and enabled the cache plugin. We don’t have any other settings to speed up theme.

We are not sure about bulk products editing, it would be better if you ask WooCommerce plugin support about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Regards
