Please, install the necessary extensions https://prnt.sc/v3p4ja We need to generate thumbnails for the products because at this moment it takes the original full-size images and it’s bad. Once you install these extensions go to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnails > regenerate all the thumbnails. After that reply back and we’ll continue our investigation.
