I have been having problems with support because my topics close automatically.

Hello, I have a problem reactivating my XSTORE theme. Today I deactivated my theme because I had problems with the web however when I tried to activate it again I wasn´t able. In a previous message you told me that my license is being used by this website https://farmbox.eii.com.mx/ however I have never seen it in my life until you send me the URL. I am the only owner of this license and I have my certificate that proves it. I would really appreciate if you help me reactivate my xstore theme in my site http://www.beprivee.com ASAP, it has been activated in my site since I purchased it months ago.

When I try to activate it it says the following:
You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.

Hello,

Did you share your license with somebody? How anybody could use your license to activate another site? Actually, the license was used 3 times: http://prntscr.com/v3wixp First domain is under maintenance, the second one is active and the last one is under maintenance.

Hello Olga about your message, my first domain was http://www.beexclusivestore.com but we decided to change it for beprivee.com because we didn´t like the previous name. However the other URL farmbox.eii.com.mx isn´t mine, is there a way you can deactivate my theme for that web and activate it for http://www.beprivee.com? The reason we deactivated was because we had some problems with the web and decided to start it again from the beginning.

Here is the proof of the domains that are mine and as I said before the first domain we had was bexclusivestore.com anf then we replaced it for beprivee.com, however how could someone use my license if it is only for one user and I was using it? Yesterday my site http://www.beprivee.com had it until we deactivated it because as I told you before we have been having problems with the web. Please help me by taking them away my license so I can use it in my site. I paid it with my card, I have the license and also the confirmation e-mail that I bought it. Here are the screenshots, I am absolutely sure that domain has proof of nothing!
