Please note that we are using the GST (Goods & Service Tax) instead of Tax mentioned on Documents. This collected GST is divided 50% to Central Govt. and Balance 50% to State government below is the exact screenshot – https://prnt.sc/v17du5. Kindly help us to use it. This is mandatory by government.

As we don’t have license key can we get support??

I have made the test purchase and got the following WooCommerce order email http://prntscr.com/vk3x7v and the following invoice http://prntscr.com/vk3y56 So, it displays the tax the same as in the WooCommerce order, not the 0 as you showed on your screenshot https://prnt.sc/v17du5

    Hi. Thanks…

I think that you did not see my link:-
    3. Invoice Format Commonly: https://prnt.sc/vk0rq2

It means that their 2 option of GST (for example GST is 12%)
    1. If sale within the state of India then 6%CGST & 6%SGST
    2. If the outside state of India then 12% IGST

On your WooCommerce order email http://prntscr.com/vk3x7v (IGST reflected but not on invoice).. I think some correction is needed

    Please clarify…

Also, let me know how to insert my logo on the invoice

    Hello,

PDF invoice displays the same tax as the WooCommerce order email and takes the information from that, check, please pdf invoice tax sum http://prntscr.com/vk8jir and order email http://prntscr.com/vk3x7v
I chose Delhi, it’s the state of India but your checkout calculates the 12% of tax, not 6%+6% http://prntscr.com/vk8nek

    Hello,

    1) Read this https://support.rightpress.net/hc/en-us/articles/202340968-Seller-Buyer and this https://support.rightpress.net/hc/en-us/articles/360027299871-Logo-is-not-shown-on-the-invoice-why-this-happens-and-how-to-fix-it-

    2) I’m afraid that this plugin does not have option to change the order of the fields.

    3) I don’t see such option in this plugin but you may ask plugin support in comments about this https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-pdf-invoice/reviews/5951088

    4) Plugin takes the default currency that you use in the WooComemrce settings.

    Regards
